Initial Fitness Consultation – 20 Minutes (Virtual)

 

Your journey starts with a 20-minute Zoom consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness level, and any unique challenges you face. Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • Health History & Lifestyle: We’ll talk about your background, any injuries or limitations, and your lifestyle habits.
  • Goal Setting: We’ll dive into your specific fitness objectives (weight loss, strength building, endurance, etc.) and set realistic, actionable targets.
  • Personalized Insights: I’ll provide you with initial strategies tailored to your goals, offering expert advice on how to approach your fitness journey.
  • Q&A Time: This is your chance to ask any questions and clarify doubts before we move forward.

Next Steps: By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps, including how your 4-week customized fitness program will be structured. 

4-Week Customized Fitness Program

 

Once we’ve discussed your goals and fitness level, I will create a tailored 4-week fitness program to help you progress. This plan will be designed based on your specific needs, preferences, and any physical considerations you have. Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Personalized Workout Plan: A well-structured program that includes daily workouts, with a balance of strength training, cardio, flexibility, and mobility exercises. All exercises will be selected with your goals and fitness level in mind.
  • Fit Log Access: You’ll receive access to your own Fit Log account where you can track your workouts, log your progress, and upload feedback on your sessions.
  • Progress Tracking: We’ll check in regularly to assess how you’re doing, adjust your workouts if needed, and ensure you’re making progress.
  • Ongoing Support: You’ll have direct access to me via email or messaging for any questions, modifications, or motivation. I’m here to offer advice, adjustments, and support throughout your journey.

If you're looking for a comprehensive nutrition plan to complement your workout program, you can add it to your package for an additional fee. This plan will provide you with personalized meal guidance, including nutrition tips to fuel your workouts and promote recovery. You’ll get regular reviews of your plan and tweaks to your macros so you can make sure your nutritional needs align with your changing workout routines and schedules.
