Length: 6 Weeks

Session Format

 Each week, we’ll meet for a 50-minute class. The first part of the session will focus on teaching you the techniques to properly activate your glutes. Then, you'll apply what you’ve learned in a small group training session where I’ll provide hands-on guidance and adjustments to ensure you’re progressing safely and efficiently. 

Price: $295 + HST for the entire 6 week program
